Introducing the Alpin Family

The Alpin Family is one of Austria’s leading hospitality companies, operating over 18 hotels and residences with more than 3,000 beds in top destinations across the country.

As a brand, our goal is to create unique experiences for guests while continuously improving operational efficiency.

The problem

When our portfolio grew, we faced increasing challenges in managing revenue across multiple properties and responding effectively to fluctuating demand.

Our revenue management processes were entirely manual. Without an RMS in place, all pricing adjustments and revenue calculations were done using Excel spreadsheets. While this worked on a smaller scale, it became increasingly difficult to manage as we grew. The setup limited our ability to react quickly to market changes, consuming significant time and resources. This ultimately led us to explore automated pricing solutions like Duetto.
