Over the past 10 years, we’ve played a crucial role in optimizing revenue strategies, improving collaboration, and providing valuable insights as Choctaw expanded their portfolio to four properties with nearly 2,000 rooms.

Our property management system (PMS) and booking engine are powered by Agilysys, helping us centralize operations and streamline processes for both our team and guests.
Before implementing Duetto
Before Duetto, we didn’t have a revenue management system (RMS) in place. Instead, we measured success based solely on sellouts alone. As we grew, we needed a smarter way to analyze performance and make data-driven decisions. We sought an RMS that could provide deeper insights into our properties and campaigns, to move beyond sellouts as a success metric.

That’s when we introduced Duetto. After exploring their suite of tools, we implemented:
- GameChanger to optimize bookings in real time.
- ScoreBoard for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- BlockBuster to maximize profitability from group business segments.
- Duetto rate engine (DRE) to yield based on customer spend.
Growing with Duetto
When we first adopted Duetto, we managed three properties with 900 rooms. Today, we’ve grown to four properties with nearly 2,000 rooms, but more importantly, our strategy has evolved tremendously.
We’ve gone through different eras of growth, especially on the hospitality side, refining our approach with better yielding, improved tactics, and a growing player base.

Over the past decade, our collaboration with Duetto has remained strong. The support we receive from Daniel and Nevin has been consistently excellent, always providing quick and responsive support.
Last year, we onboarded a new property, and it was the smoothest integration we’ve ever had thanks to strategic planning and our strong relationship with the Duetto team.
My piece of advice
If you're considering an RMS, here’s my advice:
- Start by defining your segments. This ensures effective tracking and analysis from day one.
- Prioritize cross-departmental communication. An RMS thrives on collaboration between revenue management, marketing, and operations.
- Integrate casino and hotel data into a single platform. This provides a complete picture of guest value, helping you maximize performance and drive smarter decisions.
