The problem

We relied on a tiered system for our best available rate (BAR), using a scoring scale from 1-10 to account for seasonality. However, this approach limited our ability to dynamically adjust pricing, missed opportunities, and left our team with a high volume of manual work. This workload took valuable time away from data analysis and strategic decision-making.

We knew we needed a more efficient, automated approach to maximize revenue while freeing our team to focus on strategic opportunities — an RMS was the perfect solution.
