Flexible Strategy Drives Upsells

In 2017, Crystalbrook Collection started using GameChanger and ScoreBoard, and adopting Open Pricing to optimize rates during high demand periods. The company also uses Open Pricing to drive buy-up into higher room categories on low demand periods by decreasing discounts. The results have been an increase in revenue across all segments, with particular success in selling suites.
