Introducing RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group

Headquartered in Hamburg,  RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group is one of the leading international hotel associations. Our portfolio is vast including, business, city, and holiday hotels, across multiple countries. 

What was your revenue setup before Duetto?

Before the implementation of Duetto in 2022, we didn’t use a revenue management system (RMS). We managed pricing manually, using disparate tools  making adjustments through our property management system (PMS). This process was time-consuming and inefficient, especially for pricing and capacity control. 

Why did you choose Duetto?

We were keen to adopt a cloud-based RMS that could help us drive revenue by capturing real-time market demand, remain competitive, and help us overcome the operational inefficiencies we were experiencing.

How has your revenue strategy changed?

With Duetto’s real-time, demand-driven pricing and automatic recommendations, we’ve significantly changed our revenue strategy. We’re much more focused on developing RevPAR in the hotels. With dynamic, real-time pricing, based on demand, competition, and other factors, we’re in a much stronger market position than before. 

The platform is also great for our operations:

What have been the results?

  • We’ve seen a 28.44% increase in RevPAR for our Polish property and an overall RevPAR increase across our portfolio.
  • We’ve saved 30 minutes every day on pricing and monitoring for each hotel.
  • We’ve achieved a better balance between ADR and occupancy, with substantial improvements in room revenue.
