寒舍餐旅集團擔任資訊科技總監一職，期間完成台北喜來登裝修及寒舍台北艾美、台北艾麗、礁溪寒沐、寒居酒店等飯店開業工作，並獲得中國IT經理世界雜誌2015台灣區優秀CIO獎，台灣CIO協進會2017傑出CIO獎，另寒舍集團旗下寒舍艾麗酒店於 2014獲得中國酒店科技聯盟（China Hospitality Technology Alliance）之大中華區年度最佳科技酒店獎。

Successfully oversaw the renovation of the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel and the opening of multiple hotels including Humble House Taipei, Le Méridien Taipei, MU Jiao Xi Hotel and Humble Boutique Hotel . During the tenure,  received the Outstanding CIO Award for Taiwan from China IT Manager World Magazine in 2015 and the Distinguished CIO Award from the Taiwan CIO Association in 2017. Additionally, Humble House Taipei was honored with the Greater China Best Technology Hotel Award by the China Hospitality Technology Alliance in 2014.

Kitty Huang joined Oracle in April 2021 as the General Manager for Hospitality for Greater China. Her responsibility is to drive Oracle Hospitality solutions business in Greater China market.

Kitty Huang has 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, including operations, sales, revenue management, loyalty program, pre-opening projects, business development, and consulting. Working with various cultures, Kitty has established a well-balanced working style and strong network within the hospitality industry, including hotel owners and buyers. Prior to joining Oracle, Kitty held Vice President, Customer Loyalty and Revenue Generation, Greater China position at Wyndham Hotel Group. She successfully establishing several new functional teams in the IHG and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts corporate roles, she always leads and motivates her team to achieve commercial objectives.

Kitty received her diploma from Ming Chung College in Taipei, Taiwan and her master’s degree in International Business Administrations from Amsterdam School of Business and Plymouth Business School in Plymouth, U.K.
