Rik Vera to talk ‘Passionate Curiosity’ at Revenue Strategy Forum in November

Agenda set for annual revenue conference on 4 November, with topics such as Change Management, Data Analytics and Automation up for discussion.

San Francisco, 5 September 2019 — Rik Vera, thought leader and the CEO of nexxworks, aims to prove that “curiosity did not kill the cat” in his opening keynote at the fifth annual Revenue Strategy Forum (RSF) London.

Organised by Duetto, hospitality’s innovative provider of cloud-based Revenue Strategy applications, RSF London will take place ahead of World Travel Market on Monday, 4 November 2019, at the Amba Hotel Charing Cross.

Delivering the Innovator’s Insight session, Vera will provide an energetic and inspiring session on “outside in” customer centricity, agile operations and the importance of data.

Vera will also moderate a panel discussion on “Change Management: Instilling a Culture of Innovation”, which will see hoteliers discuss how they are leading change in their organisations and how that is streamlining operations and maximizing profit.

The half-day conference will also include a Technology Focus session by Michael Grove, Managing Director- EMEA, HotStats. Grove will address how data can improve overall profitability, what metrics hotels need to pay close attention to, and the role automation can play in streamlining the process.

Additional speakers are yet to be announced, but it is already lining up to be an instructive day. Attended by hotel industry leaders, revenue strategists and asset managers — all focused on revenue and distribution — the event will provide an opportunity for open discussion on industry relevant topics and upcoming trends.
