A room sold is not always a profitable room sold. Labor costs have risen exponentially, distribution costs continue to challenge profits, and guest behavior is unpredictable. You need a full view of revenue and profit to tell the full story and know whether your hotel is actually performing.

How we got here.

It started with a spreadsheet and a problem nobody was solving.

American-born. Now globally trusted. Built on an obsession with making hotels more profitable.

 

Today, more than 8,400 properties use Duetto. We’ve partnered with the best in the business, including Amadeus, Oracle, and PredictHQ.

2010

Duetto Consulting founded.

Marco Benvenuti and Patrick Bosworth launched Duetto Consulting, working out of spreadsheets to support hotels in optimizing profits.

2012

From spreadsheets to code.

Craig Weissman, former CTO of Salesforce, joined as co-founder and CTO and the first line of code is written. Seed funding is secured and Duetto is born.

2014

GameChanger and Open Pricing launched.

Open Pricing is introduced to the hospitality industry. For the first time, hotels can price every segment, channel, and room type independently. It was a new way of thinking about revenue. And it worked.

2016-17

ScoreBoard and BlockBuster added to product stack.

ScoreBoard replaced spreadsheet reporting with real portfolio intelligence. BlockBuster connected sales and revenue management so group business decisions stopped being guesswork.

2018

Series D investment secured.

$80m Series D funding secured, led by Warburg Pincus — the largest-ever non-acquisition investment in hotel software.

2024

GrowthCurve acquired Duetto.

The acquisition brought deep AI expertise to accelerate our next chapter. That same year, the acquisition of MiceRate extended Duetto’s reach into meetings and events.

2025

Duetto acquired HotStats and RP-OS established.

HotStats added P&L benchmarking to our product suite. Now, hotels can use Duetto and HotStats in one platform to view the full picture, from commercial decision to profit outcome. This is the Revenue & Profit Operating System (RP-OS).
