Duetto, RMS Cloud Enter Technology Partnership

Cloud-based hospitality tech firms announce two-way integration, helping joint customers better manage pricing, inventory and segmentation.

Duetto_RMS Cloud_HRSan Francisco, June 18, 2019 — Duetto, hospitality’s innovative provider of cloud-based Revenue Strategy applications, today announced its latest technology integration – with RMS Cloud Property Management System.

The new two-way integration between Duetto’s GameChanger and the RMS 9+ Cloud PMS will enable users of both solutions to optimize pricing and better manage inventory and segmentation.

In addition, the integration also allows for sharing folio data, providing added benefits to users of Duetto’s ScoreBoard reporting application by providing a wealth of data on total guest spend, helping hotels adopt a total revenue management approach.

“We’re very excited to announce our partnership with RMS Cloud. Both companies share the same ethos – to help hotels gain greater efficiencies and insight through integrated technologies and move away from the legacy systems that have held the industry back for so long. We’re confident that together our cloud-based solutions will help many hotels achieve greater efficiencies and increase profitability,” said Patrick Bosworth, CEO of Duetto.

RMS Cloud and Duetto are both cloud-based companies offering solutions on an Open API architecture.

Peter Buttigieg, Founder and Managing Director of RMS Cloud, said the Duetto integration will give RMS clients a competitive edge.

“We’re delighted to partner with Duetto and offer our properties seamless access to its powerful pricing and inventory management technology,” Mr Buttigieg said. “History shows Duetto is an extremely effective tool that enables properties to maximize revenue in all market conditions and lead their competitive set in terms of both pricing and strategy.”

The integration with RMS Cloud provides hoteliers with a self-service onboarding function, enabling them to easily activate the integration at any time.

Bannisters Hotels in Australia successfully completed a pilot with the two-way integration.

“It was a pleasure working with Duetto and the RMS teams on the integration of the Bannisters properties. The quality management approach and clear communication throughout the installation ensured a seamless transition. Duetto has enhanced our revenue management practices and driven revenue for the properties to the next level,” said Graeme Lys, Revenue Manager, Bannisters Mollymook.

Duetto provides a suite of cloud applications to simplify hospitality revenue decisions and allow hoteliers to work smarter, increasing organizational efficiency, revenue and profitability.
