You're looking for a needle in a haystack. Advance is the magnet.
We built Advance, our demand intelligence tool, to give teams access to valuable insights in seconds not hours, so they can make better, faster decisions. We've been watching how revenue teams use it in the field — what's genuinely benefiting their workflows and where they're seeing real impact.
Based on that feedback, we released a set of enhancements designed to make Advance sharper at cutting through the noise and getting you to action faster. This article shows you what's changed and how real revenue teams are using it.
What is Advance?
Stop searching. Start deciding.
Advance is the demand intelligence add-on to our core RMS, GameChanger. It watches your 90-day booking horizon and surfaces the demand stories and dates that need your attention.
Here’s how it works: Advance analyzes multiple data sources at once — your PMS booking data, comp set benchmarks from Amadeus Demand360, and event intelligence from Predict HQ. Your PMS booking data helps identify anomalies in your demand horizon, and feeds into insights and recommendations. External data sources enrich this information, allowing Advance to not just tell you what’s happening, but why as well.
Dynamic Optimization (the always-on layer of Advance) checks for shifts in demand every 30 minutes — day or night. It then automatically adjusts rates within guardrails you control. Advance then flags anomalies with clear, AI-powered recommendations, so you’re always ten steps ahead of the competition and seize every rate opportunity.
What’s new?
Using our customers’ feedback, we enhanced four key parts of Advance:
1. More contextual storytelling, powered by AI.
Most systems leave the investigation to you. Advance now provides more detailed explanations behind the numbers and generates plain-language explanations for every alert. By automatically assembling booking data, competitor rates, local events, and market demand, the system provides a clear story that bridges the gap between a simple flag and a calculated pricing decision.2. A heat map that shows you where to look faster.

Your 90-day revenue calendar is now a decision queue. Advance analyzes multiple signals together — booking pace, pickup, cancellations, cumulative trends — and shades the dates where anomalies are converging. Darker means more signals, more urgency. You set the sensitivity. Advance fills the picture.
3. On-demand analysis of any date.

Pin any date for a full, on-demand breakdown: demand, pricing position, drivers, comp set context — built on the spot, in plain English, with the full story behind every recommendation. No black box. Just an answer you can actually interrogate.
4. Insights delivered to your inbox.
Key Alerts — covering demand anomalies, pacing shifts, and competitive changes — now arrive directly in your inbox. This ensures you are alerted to critical developments before you even log into the platform.
None of this is about the quantity of information. It's the opposite. It's Advance getting even better at making sure what you need to look at is surfaced in a clear and helpful way. It’s AI that doesn't add to the noise. It removes it.
How are revenue managers actually using Advance?
We sat down with revenue teams using Advance to hear from them exactly how it fits into their workflows and what benefits them the most. We found teams were using the tool at different rhythms, but experiencing the same advantages.
Some teams start their day with Advance, working through recommendations and anomalies like a to-do list. They open the heat map, see what's flagged, work the highest-impact dates first, then move through the rest of the calendar with whatever's left of the morning.
Other teams fit Advance around their existing workflows. They might have a few set touchpoints throughout the week, but usually utilize Advance ahead of revenue calls, where it acts as their go-to meeting prep tool. They love that it’s not another report they have to build, Advance has already done the building for them.
Before Advance, getting to a pricing decision meant pulling several reports and cross-referencing them. Now the Demand Calendar heat map and the alerts do that legwork, showing you where to look first. Revenue managers using Advance describe it as the fast, structured starting point that used to take real setup time to build by hand.
The Daily Summary receives more positive feedback than any other part of Advance, for providing the "why" behind the numbers. It's become the key place our customers look at to know what actually needs saying in thirty seconds. A ready-made anchor for revenue conversations.

“Working with Duetto Advance has helped to drive our performance. Impactful data that can be used to adjust and fine-tune strategy is at your fingertips. The information is presented in a concise, straight-to-the-point manner. During our revenue meetings, the simple, yet informative layout has helped start and drive many effective conversations — which have led to strong performance.”

Act faster than ever before.
The amount of data isn’t getting smaller. So we built something to make it manageable. Advance analyzes multiple data sources, makes sense of it, and shows you what matters most. It gives you back 10+ hours a week by removing the data analysis and synthesis tasks that would otherwise consume your day, so you can spend more time making decisions, not deciphering data.
