A "bilingual" leader in the hospitality industry, Marlene speaks the languages of both hotel operations and modern revenue technology. As the Director of Customer Success for North America at Duetto, she leads high-performing teams to ensure global partners maximize their revenue potential through cutting-edge technology. Marlene leverages a decade of boots-on-the-ground experience to help hoteliers navigate the digital transformation of revenue management. Marlene is a seasoned Hospitality and SaaS executive with over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Throughout a career spanning leadership roles at Warwick Hotels and Resorts, Hilton, and Kimpton Hotels, Marlene has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable strategy. Having managed diverse portfolios across major U.S. markets—including Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Denver, and Miami—Marlene possesses a deep "on-property" perspective that informs their strategic approach to customer success and software adoption. Known for a relentless focus on RevPAR, ADR, and long-term forecasting, Marlene is a trusted advisor to ownership groups, revenue leaders and executives.
Alise Deeb
Alise Deeb serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Dragonfly Strategists. She brings over 30 years of expertise in commercial strategy, revenue management, analytics, operations, IT, and distribution.
Prior to her role as CRO, Deeb was VP of Revenue Strategy for Dragonfly, building out a team of expert revenue strategists that service primarily luxury and upper upscale hotels and resorts in major destinations. Deeb personally led revenue for hotels and resorts such as Gurney’s Montauk, Enchantment Group, and Salamander Hotels & Resorts.
Deeb is an innovative revenue leader with a record of maximizing revenue, market share, and profitability for large brands, boutique brands, and independent luxury resorts. She is a subject matter expert and thought leader, sought out to speak on innovation in eCommerce, revenue management, and forecasting.
Her leadership in hospitality is known for partnering with IT teams to develop cutting-edge technologies that stimulate growth and ROI; performing competitive market research and analysis to develop winning pricing strategies; implementing performance-enhancing process improvements; and building, training, and developing high-performing teams.
Lovingly called “The Owner Whisperer” by many in the industry, Deeb has worked with ownership groups ranging from small, independent hotel owners to Blackstone. She is a true storyteller and can express complex data and trends in a way that provides clear, actionable direction that resonates with any audience.
High-impact results she has achieved include growing market share from -2% to +2.5% by developing a corporate revenue management team and impactful service offerings; automating DBAR to win 200 basis points from the competition and generate an additional $35M in topline revenue; revising forecasting processes to improve accuracy from a 15% gap to just 2%; shifting pricing strategies from deep discounting to value-based selling, resulting in improved profitability; and creating rational strategies that added $3M in topline revenue for a high-end resort in the Northeast.
Deeb holds a BS in Hospitality Administration from Missouri State University. She resides in Dallas with her husband, daughter, and dogs.

Before joining Duetto 10 years ago, she held a wide variety of senior positions
across several continents, specializing in revenue management, sales and
marketing, finance, operations, and acquisitions. Her experience spans work with
notable hospitality brands, including Sonesta Hotel & Resorts, Marriott, Hilton
Corporation, and Hilton International. This diverse background has allowed
Mylene to make highly strategic contributions to hospitality companies, drawing
on her expertise in multiple facets of the industry.
