Alex Zoghlin

Chief Executive Officer

A lifelong entrepreneur and innovator, Alex brings more than 30 years of knowledge and experience in technology, airline distribution, and travel to Duetto.

He founded six startups, including Orbitz and G2Switchworks, before serving as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Technology at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and most recently CEO of ATPCO. He brings his business acumen and deep hospitality experience to Duetto’s mission to build the Revenue & Profit Operating System for the hotel industry.

When not working, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, making music, building rockets, and learning new things.

Natalie Bappe

Chief of Staff & VP of Commercial Operations

Natalie joined Duetto in 2018 as Director of Business Operations, supporting customer-facing teams in achieving scalable and predictable growth. She was promoted to VP of Commercial Operations in 2021 and to her current position as Chief of Staff in 2024, joining our Executive Leadership Team.

Natalie is an integral part of the sales team at Duetto, helping to deliver sustainable growth and maximize strategic objectives.

Before joining Duetto, Natalie held sales and sales enablement positions at Digital River, Oracle, and Stratasys.

Urvashi Gupta

Head of Corporate Development

Urvashi joined Duetto in November 2024 as Head of Corporate Development, leading the company’s corporate strategy and growth initiatives.

Before joining Duetto, Urvashi started her career at Goldman Sachs and spent several years in finance before transitioning into business operations and strategy roles at leading tech and fintech companies across New York and Los Angeles.

With an extensive background in investment banking, private equity, and operations, she has led high-impact strategic and corporate development initiatives to drive significant commercial growth.

Michael Schäffner

VP of Global Sales

Michael Schäffner joined Duetto in March 2017 as Director DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). In four years, Michael had cemented Duetto’s position as a market-leading RMS in Europe. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales EMEA in February 2021, and to SVP of Global Sales in September 2025.

In June 2021, the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) appointed Michael to its Europe Region Board of Directors.

An experienced hotel industry professional, Michael previously spent time working for hotel technology companies Serenata and Nor1, following years of on-property hotel experience, including time with The Setai in Miami and Auberge du Soleil in the Napa Valley.

Linda Mudadu

Chief Human Resources Officer

Linda joined Duetto in February 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer, heading up the company’s global people strategy and operations. She is dedicated to strengthening Duetto’s culture and its people-first approach.

Before joining Duetto, Linda held senior HR leadership roles across multiple industries, including hospitality, gaming, and technology. Originally from Australia, Linda has spent the past five years in Las Vegas, where she played a key role in shaping HR strategies for multinational organizations.

Olly Lynch

SVP, Global Marketing

Olly Lynch is Duetto’s Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, responsible for leading the company’s brand, growth, and product marketing strategies worldwide. He joined Duetto in early 2025, initially as Interim VP, before stepping into the permanent leadership role to help shape the company’s next phase of growth.

With over a decade of experience spanning B2B and DTC tech and SaaS businesses, Olly has led marketing in both product-led and sales-led environments. He brings deep expertise in scaling global go-to-market programs, building brands, and delivering impactful demand generation. Prior to Duetto, he held senior marketing roles at companies including Travelport and Lickd, and served as a fractional CMO to fast-growing startups across travel, fintech, and creator tech.

Jason Hoffman

Chief Customer Officer

Jason joined Duetto in June 2025 as Chief Customer Officer, leading the global customer success, technical services, and technical support teams. He’s focused on maximizing customer value and delivering exceptional experiences across the Duetto product portfolio.

With over 25 years of experience, Jason has built and led customer-focused organizations at SaaS companies ranging from Fortune 100s to startups, across a wide range of industries, including hospitality. He has consistently driven business outcomes by building meaningful customer partnerships, fostering innovation, and scaling global teams as strategic extensions of their customers.

Isaac Warren

VP of Legal

With over 20 years of experience across the legal spectrum, Isaac has led everything from building legal functions from the ground up to overseeing legal teams at global SaaS companies.

He brings a strong business mindset to his role, helping teams move quickly while navigating complexity with clarity and confidence.
