Sarah is a hospitality professional with 8+ years of international experience across operations, distribution, and commercial strategy. Currently, she is the Manager of Commercial Strategy at Design Hotels in Berlin, leading initiatives that drive revenue growth and optimize market positioning. Sarah has rich experience in both front-line operations and back-end analytics, with prior roles at Grand Hyatt, Jumeirah, and Conrad Miami. She is passionate about leveraging data and technology to elevate guest experiences and business performance.
