Duetto Partners with the Hotel Association Costa Blanca Spain

The collaboration between the Hotel Association Costa Blanca Spain (HOSBEC) and Duetto will deliver innovation in revenue optimization to Spain’s hotels

San Francisco, January 18, 2022 - HOSBEC, the Hotel Association of Costa Blanca Spain, has entered an exclusive partnership with Duetto, hospitality’s innovative software as a service provider of revenue strategy solutions.

The partnership sees Duetto named as the preferred revenue management system (RMS) for the 300 hotel members of HOSBEC. Working together, Duetto and HOSBEC will provide industry support and revenue management strategy to the entire accommodation sector in Spain’s Costa Blanca.

“The association considers Duetto to be a highly recommended revenue management system (RMS) solution for HOSBEC members. Working together, Duetto and HOSBEC will provide industry support and a revenue management strategy to the entire accommodation sector in the Valencian Community in Spain,” said Nuria Montes, General Secretary, HOSBEC.

For HOSBEC, having solutions for hotels to be able to understand the new demand, identify new reservation windows, changes in behavior derived from the current situation and the opportunities presented by the market, is key to a much-needed recovery in these moments of uncertainty.

“In addition, these types of solutions will have financial and economic support from the administrations this year thanks to the Next Generation funds, which will encourage digitization, and the improvement of competitiveness in Valencian tourism companies,” added Montes.

“We're delighted to announce our partnership with HOSBEC and look forward to working together to best prepare hotels for the return of demand this summer. Thank you to everyone at HOSBEC for making this partnership possible,” said Chris Crowley, SVP Global Sales, Duetto.

Duetto has had an active presence in Spain for many years, counting the country’s two largest hotel companies among its portfolio of clients. NH Hotel Group has been running its hotels on Duetto since January 2016, while Melia International signed up for Duetto in August 2017. In total, more than 750 hotels run on Duetto in Spain. Globally, more than 4,000 hotel and casino resort properties in more than 60 countries have partnered to use Duetto’s applications.
