Carol Tsai is a seasoned revenue strategy leader with over 20 years of experience spanning hotels, corporate roles, and technology solutions across Asia Pacific. As Director of Hospitality Solutions, APAC at Duetto, Carol serves as a subject matter expert in revenue, helping hospitality businesses across the region unlock greater profitability through smarter pricing, demand forecasting, and commercial strategy.
Carol's career has taken her through some of the industry's most respected brands, including Minor Hotels, Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts, Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, Wharf Hotels, and Onyx Hospitality, where she held senior revenue and distribution roles overseeing markets from Thailand and the Maldives to Mauritius and beyond. Known for her analytical rigour and ability to align revenue teams around a common strategic vision, she has built a reputation as a trusted coach and mentor to hoteliers across the region.
Carol holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Food Service Management from Florida International University, and brings a rare blend of operational depth, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to her work across the region.

Passarin Kanjanatep (Prae) serves as Country Director for Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, and Cambodia at Canary Technologies.
