With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nick Knight brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Duetto’s Director of Hospitality Solutions for North America. Throughout his career, he has built a proven track record of operational excellence, holding various leadership positions in both franchise and independent hotel portfolios. Nick has honed his skills at leading hospitality companies, including ASH, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Access Hotels & Resorts, before joining Duetto, where he continues to drive impactful solutions for the industry.
Nick’s career spans a diverse range of roles, from General Manager to commercial leadership positions, where he has consistently delivered results. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he has excelled in revitalizing underperforming assets, boosting profitability, and creating a strong sense of community and team engagement. His achievements include developing and leading the opening of numerous hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering programs. His work has earned him industry accolades, including awards from Condé Nast Traveler, AHEAD Americas, and many others.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Outside of his professional accomplishments, Nick is a dedicated family man, married with two boys, Rivers and Arlo. His passions extend beyond work; he is a skilled musician, enjoying playing drums and guitar, and has a deep love for playing and coaching sports—especially soccer, racquetball, and tennis. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, camping, and outdoor motorsports.

Janet Ferrer
Janet Ferrer is the President of Hospitality Holdings JF LLC, a specialized lodging management and revenue recovery firm serving hotels across the United States and the European Union. With over 20 years of senior operational experience as both a General Manager and Corporate Director of Finance across Marriott International–managed and franchise properties, Janet founded Hospitality Holdings to deliver a fully hands-off, zero-work recovery solution for on-property leadership. Since inception, the company has identified and recovered over $6 million per year in lost OTA-issued Virtual Credit Card revenue.
