Madhavi Nagarajan brings over a decade of experience as a revenue and distribution leader. Her career includes a role as the Head of Revenue & Distribution for The Ascott Limited in Australia and serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Australian Revenue Management Association (ARMA) prior to joining Duetto as a Regional Manager for the Australia & New Zealand market.
Madhavi has a hands-on understanding of what it takes to drive results across diverse asset types, including hotels, serviced apartments, and caravan parks. A collaborative leader, she has a proven ability to bridge the gap between departments by using data-driven insights to align goals and spark collaboration between revenue, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Her expertise includes:

Nicole Dobson
Nicole commenced her tenure with TravelClick, now Amadeus, in June 2002. She currently heads the Sales team for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, overseeing strategic initiatives in new customer acquisition, up-selling, cross-selling, and customer retention. With more than 30 years’ experience in managing B2B operations and distributor relationships, Nicole brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Based in Melbourne, her previous responsibilities included leading the Customer Success, Operations, and Learning Services teams across the APAC region. Prior to joining Amadeus, Nicole held positions at IHG and Accor Hotels, further enriching her industry knowledge and leadership credentials.
Minnie Lui
Minnie is responsible for spearheading data-driven Hotel Business Intelligence solutions growth and strategy in the APAC region. Always keeping up to date in the rapidly evolving landscape of the hospitality industry, Minnie possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that businesses face today. Her expertise lies in leveraging data analytics to drive revenue growth, optimize distribution strategies, and enhance revenue decision-making. Before joining Amadeus in 2022, she held various positions in revenue management at Hyatt and Langham Hospitality Group. She is passionate about delivering actionable insights and helping organizations unlock their full revenue potential.
