Yaskania Mejia
Yaskania Mejia serves on Duetto’s Hospitality Solutions team, where she partners with
hoteliers across North America to help them align revenue strategy and technology in
pursuit of total profit optimization. With over a decade of experience in the global
hospitality and travel industry, Yaskania brings a well-rounded perspective that spans
revenue management, eCommerce, and digital marketing.
Prior to joining Duetto, Yaskania served as Global Director of eCommerce for PWM,
leading digital sales strategy and revenue-focused performance marketing for brands
including Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, Margaritaville Island Reserve, and Azul
Resorts.
Earlier in her career, Yaskania held Revenue Management and Commercial roles at
Meliá Hotels International, Booking.com, and Remington Hotels, supporting a diverse
portfolio of properties across the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean. Her experience
spans midscale, select-service, full-service, luxury, all-inclusive, lifestyle, and themed
hotels, in both branded and independent environments.
Fluent in English and Spanish, and currently learning Portuguese, Yaskania is known
for her collaborative approach, and is passionate about helping hotels move beyond
traditional RevPAR thinking and adopt a more holistic, technology-enabled approach to
revenue and profit optimization.
