What you’ll learn:
-
- Why reactive pricing is costing you more than you realise: How relying on spreadsheets and historical data leaves revenue on the table — and what it looks like to get ahead of demand instead.
- What a connected revenue workflow actually looks like: How independent hotels can move from manual processes to a system where data, intelligence, and rate distribution work together automatically.
- How to go beyond the room rate: Why total guest value — across ancillaries, length of stay, and channel mix — is where the real revenue opportunity sits, and how to act on it.

Our speakers
John Lingos-Webb
John Lingos-Webb leads Duetto's global partner ecosystem as Vice President of Global Partnerships & Alliances, overseeing a network of more than 200 partners spanning integration, data, referral, and reseller relationships worldwide. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing the strategies that drive partner-led growth, deepen existing alliances, and bring new collaborative opportunities to life across the hospitality technology landscape.
John joined Duetto in August 2018 as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts for NA, EU & LATAM, building a strong track record of client success and cross-regional leadership before stepping into his current role. Prior to Duetto, he spent time at Aimia, a marketing and loyalty analytics company, where he developed loyalty coalitions and partnerships across the retail, CPG, and travel and hospitality sectors.
A firm believer in the power of open, connected technology, John champions Duetto's vision of a collaborative ecosystem where partners and customers thrive together — breaking down data silos, enabling seamless data flows, and helping hoteliers make smarter, more profitable decisions every day.
Josh Graham
Josh knows hospitality because he’s lived it. After a decade managing operations for branded and independent properties in Washington, D.C., he moved into hospitality tech to solve the very frictions he faced. He believes hoteliers deserve better than the status quo and has dedicated his career to putting power back into the hands of those who make hospitality human.
Following 13 years in senior leadership at TravelClick/Amadeus and strategic roles at Revenue Analytics, Salesforce, and FLYR, Josh now serves as Head of Market Development for North America. Here, he champions a better way for the industry, helping more hoteliers tap into the Cloudbeds intelligent growth engine to move faster and run leaner.
When he isn’t helping hoteliers find their momentum, Josh lives in the D.C. suburbs; attempting to maintain his "punk AF" credentials while keeping antacids and ibuprofen within arm’s reach. On his off days, you’ll find him driving his ‘74 Land Rover to the farmer’s market, catching live music with his kids, or at the tattoo studio.
