This event is exclusively for Duetto customers, from revenue managers to executive level positions.

There will also be a limited number of tickets dedicated to tech partners.

How do I get my ticket?

You can book your tickets directly on our website.

What’s included in my ticket?

Customer tickets include access to all educational content and keynote sessions, networking events, including welcome cocktail the day before RevFest 2025, and all meals during the event.

Are there any tickets available for non-hoteliers?

Yes, we have a limited number of tickets available for hotel tech partners.

What is the cancellation policy?

Attendee cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing 30 business days prior to your RevFest date and are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for attendees who don’t attend the event. Cancellation requests should be emailed to: events@duettoresearch.com.

Substitutions may be made two weeks before your RevFest date but must be requested in writing and a new confirmation generated by event management in order to be considered a registrant. Substitutions will not be made onsite at the event.

I didn't receive a seat confirmation or a receipt. What should I do?

Your ticket and confirmation details will be sent to you separately. Your charge will appear as Duetto Research and a receipt will sent from noreply@hubspot.com. Your ticket confirmation will be sent separately from Duetto Events events@duettocloud.com for your seat to DuettoX: RevFest in your city. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation and receipt.
