Dusit International Selects Duetto as Revenue Solutions Provider

The Thai-based international hospitality provider selected Duetto’s Revenue Strategy Platform for its properties across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

San Francisco, February 15, 2022 - Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, has partnered with Duetto, hospitality’s innovative software as a service provider of revenue strategy solutions, to bring cloud-based revenue optimization to its portfolio in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Dusit International will implement Duetto’s Revenue Strategy Platform for 21 of its properties totaling 6,000 rooms in the Middle East & Asia Pacific, with more to be added in the future.

Dusit International owns and operates a growing portfolio of accommodation brands, all offering Thai-inspired gracious hospitality. These include the company’s flagship Dusit Thani upper upscale brand; Dusit Devarana, offering an intimate luxurious private sanctuary for well-traveled individuals; contemporary offering dusitD2; value-oriented Dusit Princess; and ASAI Hotels, an Asian-inspired collection of hotels connecting curious travelers seeking authentic local experiences.

With such a diverse portfolio, the Dusit International leadership team was looking for a cloud-based Revenue Strategy solution that could deliver forward-looking demand data and greater levels of automation to reduce manual tasks and workloads.

All 21 properties will now operate Duetto's  GameChanger application, enabling the team to price unlimited segments, channels, and room types in real-time. The  ScoreBoard business intelligence tool will enable the Dusit International revenue team to build forecasts and budgets in minutes, based on real-time data sets. And the  BlockBuster application for contracted-business optimization will help Dusit International prepare for the return of contract business.
